Abhijeet brings with him more than 15 years of diverse industry experience. He initially started his career with CEAT a leading tyre manufacturer and was responsible for managing the sales of the brand in Western India. In 2008, he saw a huge opportunity in the then nascent payments market and switched his career to focus on the field of digital payments. During his decade long career in payments, he held leadership positions in leading payment companies such as Techprocess, EBS and Asia Pay. In these companies, his roles involved setting up and heading the channel sales vertical (Techprocess), setting up pan India distribution network (EBS) and setting up the Indian operations (Asia Pay).

Abhijeet has also gained invaluable experience and understanding of business while actively supporting his own family business that is focused on Logistics and Distribution. Abhijeet is energetic, hardworking and brings vital industry experience, relationships, and domain knowledge at 1Pay. As CEO he is charged with constantly moving the Company forward and keeps himself involved in all areas of business.

Oomkar has been pivotal in bringing Business, Product & Engineering thought processes together & helping them transform to various digital journeys. He has rich BFSI & Payments experience & has worked closely with leading Banks, NBFCs & Fintechs in digital transformation. He also comes with thought leadership & entrepreneurship experiences and has also been a hands-on technologist.

He previously has been associated with ATOM, Bank of America & Perfios Software solutions.

Navin started his career in 2004, managing the Finance, HR and Operations division of Benchmark AMC, which pioneered in launching Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) in India. When Benchmark AMC was taken over by Goldman Sachs, he moved in the Controllers Division at Goldman Sachs, spearheading several new fund launches and overseeing the Finance, Taxation and MIS reporting functions for its Asset Management Business in India and overseas.

Sachin brings with him 18 years of relevant experience in critical areas of customer services, operations and product development. Before joining 1Pay, he was part of the HDFC bank team that was responsible for prepaid products including the rollout of the bank's NETC Fastag program. This experience, alongwith his earlier stints in telecom (Vodafone India) and payments (FINO payments bank) have enabled him to get very good knowledge and understanding of developing trends in the market.

Bhalchandra Prabhu has more than 28 years of truly diverse industry experience working in critical operational and decision making roles in asset management and finance.

Prior to joining 1Pay, Prabhu had a long 14 year stint in the asset management industry. He led the operations teams at Nippon India Asset Management, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Benchmark Asset Management and was involved in launching and managing several new and innovative funds. Early in his career he worked with leading banks including Deutsche, ABN Amro and Citi where he held roles spanning payments, securities and settlements.

Rishabh is an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Mumbai and a graduate in business from University of Mumbai. He had a brief stint as research analyst in equities division of a leading bank where he analysed companies and businesses in various sectors. At 1Pay he works closely with the management team assuming responsibility for timely execution of the tasks assigned to him. He is responsible for development and scaling of Pay-on-the-Go suite
